By using this website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. You must provide accurate account and order information and use the site only for lawful purposes. If you use the site for a company, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your password and verification codes. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of these terms.
3. Product information and fitment
We aim to keep descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, prices, and availability accurate. Images may differ from the actual item. Confirm model, part number, electrical rating, refrigerant compatibility, and installation requirements before ordering or installing an HVAC part. Guidance on the site does not replace manufacturer instructions or qualified professional judgment.
If a material listing or pricing error is discovered before acceptance, we may contact you to confirm the corrected information or cancel the affected item and refund any amount collected for it.
4. Orders, payment, and tax
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges submission and does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may confirm, decline, or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a listing is incorrect, or we cannot complete required verification. We will communicate any change and return amounts collected for an unfulfilled cancelled item as required by law.
The final order review should show the merchandise subtotal, applicable tax, shipping charge if any, available CUC Rewards redemption, and total before submission. Payment arrangements, if offered, are disclosed in the checkout process. Tax-exempt status requires valid supporting information and may be reviewed.
5. Fulfillment and returns
Delivery, delays, cancellation, and refund handling are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Membership and CUC Rewards
Free membership and the CUC Rewards program are governed by the CUC Rewards Terms. Rewards are account benefits for eligible future purchases and are not cash, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Site content and prohibited use
The site’s text, design, logos, and software are owned by CUC Supply or its licensors and may be used only for normal shopping and account activities. Do not interfere with security, scrape or overload the service, submit false information, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
8. Disclaimers and liability
We provide the site with reasonable care, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every product description is free of error. Product warranties, if any, are those expressly provided by the manufacturer or seller and made available with the product. To the extent permitted by law, CUC Supply is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. This section does not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
