1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the CUC Supply website, customer accounts, orders, and related customer service. “CUC Supply,” “we,” and “us” mean CUC Supply LLC. It does not cover websites or services that have their own privacy policies.
For a privacy question, access or correction request, or concern about this policy, email privacy@cucsupply.com or write to CUC Supply LLC, 2021 South Myrtle Avenue, Monrovia, CA 91016. We will verify requests as appropriate before disclosing or changing account information.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, US phone number, account credentials, delivery addresses, order notes, purchases, saved products, customer service messages, and optional business or tax details. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; sign-in codes are temporary.
We also receive technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and security events. The storefront stores your cart and language preference in browser storage. If you choose “Keep me signed in,” your session is stored persistently in that browser; otherwise it is stored for the browser session.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; verify sign-ins; process and fulfill orders; calculate taxes, eligibility, and CUC Rewards; respond to support requests; prevent misuse; maintain the site; and meet legal obligations. We may send account, verification, order, and service messages related to those purposes.
Promotional email is separate from transactional messages. You can change your email preference in your account and use the unsubscribe method in a promotional email. A request for a sign-in code does not enroll you in marketing texts.
5. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account and order information. No online system is completely secure. Keep your password and verification codes private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate accounts and orders, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, or other legal requirements. Retention periods can differ by record. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.
6. Your choices and rights
You can review or update certain profile information and communication preferences in your account. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information using the customer service channel, subject to verification and legal exceptions. Residents of some states may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a privacy decision where applicable.
Where a state privacy law applies to CUC Supply, we will honor the rights and disclosures required by that law. If our data practices later require a separate opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will provide the required choice before engaging in that activity.
7. Browser storage and tracking
Our storefront uses browser storage to keep your cart, language choice, and sign-in session. Your browser can clear this information, but doing so may sign you out or empty your cart. At the time of this policy, the storefront does not include an advertising pixel or cross-site behavioral advertising integration. We do not currently use browser “Do Not Track” signals to change these essential operations.
8. Children, changes, and questions
CUC Supply is a general audience store and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
We may revise this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The updated version will appear here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
