1. Joining and eligibility
A CUC Supply customer account automatically participates in the free CUC Rewards program. One account is intended for one customer. There is no separate membership fee. Current level thresholds and earning rates are displayed on the Membership page and in your account.
2. Earning Rewards and levels
Eligible merchandise spend from completed orders builds your level. Taxes, shipping, discounts, cancelled orders, and returned items do not count. Rewards are calculated on the eligible merchandise subtotal at the rate in effect for your level before that order completes. A level earned by an order applies to later qualifying orders.
Rewards from a completed order may initially be pending. Your account shows the pending amount and the date it is scheduled to become available. The current level, rate, and balance shown in your account control checkout calculations.
3. Using Rewards
Available Rewards may be applied to an eligible future order, subject to the redemption limit shown at checkout. Rewards reduce the merchandise amount due and cannot exceed the available balance or applicable order limit. They are promotional account value, not a bank deposit, and cannot be sold or transferred to another account.
4. Cancellations, returns, and corrections
When an order is cancelled or refunded, Rewards earned from that order and the related qualifying spend are reversed. Rewards redeemed on that order are restored as applicable. We may correct an erroneous balance or transaction; your account history should show those changes.
5. Program changes
We may change future earning rates, level thresholds, eligible products, or redemption rules. Updated rules will be posted before they apply to new purchases. We will not retroactively reduce Rewards already earned solely because a future rate changes, except for refunds, cancellations, errors, misuse, or as required by law. Applicable law controls any mandatory treatment of unused balances.
