Is membership free?
Yes. Create an AIRNOVA account to join. There is no separate PRO membership application.
Does every member earn 10%?
No. The AIRNOVA Rewards rate varies by tier, up to 10%. Check your account for your current rate and upgrade requirement.
When does an upgraded rate apply?
A completed order earns at the rate before that order upgrades your tier. Your new tier applies to subsequent qualifying orders.
When are Rewards available?
Rewards are initially pending after an eligible order is recorded as completed. Check the release date and transaction status in your membership account.
What happens after a refund?
Refunded merchandise may have its earned Rewards reversed and be deducted from your qualifying spend.
How can I use my Rewards?
AIRNOVA Rewards are account points for eligible future-order discounts. Online redemption is not currently available.
